By adding roommate.exe to any Discord server, you ("the User", "the Admin", "the one who did this") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Acceptance is implied by the act of invitation. You invited it. It lives here now.
These Terms apply to all users who interact with the Bot in any server where it has been installed, including users who did not personally invite the Bot and were subjected to it through no fault of their own.
roommate.exe is an entertainment Discord bot that provides the following modules:
The Bot is provided strictly as an entertainment service. It provides no guarantees of quality, helpfulness, emotional support, or utility of any kind. This is, in fact, the point.
Server Administrators who invite the Bot accept the following responsibilities:

The Bot generates automated content — including but not limited to roast lines, IT ticket text, counting violation announcements, and voice lines — for entertainment purposes. This content is satirical in nature.

Server Administrators are responsible for configuring custom roast lines that comply with these standards.
The developer of roommate.exe shall not be held liable for any emotional, psychological, or existential harm resulting from interaction with the Bot, including but not limited to:
The Bot is satire. You invited it. We are genuinely sorry, but also not at all.
The Bot collects certain data to function. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a complete description of what data is collected, how it is used, and how long it is retained.
By using the Bot, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The developer makes no guarantees regarding:
The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or because the developer had a long week. No notice is required. This is, in fact, very on-brand for the product.
The developer reserves the right to:
Server Administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time by kicking it. The Bot will leave. It will not say goodbye. It will not be hurt. It will simply be gone, in the same quiet way it was always there.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Bug reports and feature requests may be submitted

Complaints about the Bot's personality should be
submitted nowhere, because that is the feature.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The Bot, being a digital entity, does not acknowledge jurisdiction of any kind, but the developer does.
